Once the client has agreed on the production price with us, the client will have to provide us with a design so that we can make a layout in our computer program. After that, the client will check the design on the computer file and if satisfied, we will create a mock-up/prototype for the client. If the client is satisfied with the mock-up, he will then sign it in order to set the ideal standard for the subsequent productions. This is also to ensure that products to follow are not below the standard approved by the client. We will take full responsibility if such case occurs. We are set to ship your finished products 7-14 days after the client has approved the prototype.

How to send Mock-up files
For the best quality product as well as fast and easy process, we recommend you send us the design files with the following attributes:

The file should be in PDF(.pdf), Illustrator(.ai), Photoshop format(Should be the file type of the program you used to create the design itself)

Minimum resolution of 300dpi and the design should be of the size close to the actual size to be printed onto the product

The colours should be in CMYK mode as it is the colour system closest to the actual colours that are used in printing. In addition, the client should provide the actual Pantone number used to prevent colour shades confusion.

Create Outline everytime to prevent unaligned fonts

For a quick and easy way to fix the design, we recommend that the client attach the Font and all the images used in the design and send them to us as well. It will also be great if the client can provide us with their previously made product that they want their product to base on (if they have any).

Vacuum work for new customers

Once the client is satisfied with the design and has agreed on the quoted price, the client will have to issue a P.O (Purchasing Order) for the company so that we can proceed with the manufacturing process.

After that, we will create the mold for your design which will take 7-14 days. Once the client is satisfied with the mold, they will have to sign on the mold as proof of agreement so that we will take full responsibility if the product we manufactured is below the client's standard.

We will then proceed to produce your design which will take about 7-14 days, including the shipping day.

It will take approximately 25-30 days until the finished product reaches our clients.
